Video of How to Negate German Sentences - NICHT vs. KEIN for Beginners - A1/A2 [with Jenny] in German | Beginner Level course by lingoni GERMAN channel, video No. 56 free certified online
By now, you've learned how to make statements and how to ask questions in German. Now it's time to learn how to negate sentences. Here we have to distinguish between nicht and kein. Nicht is used after verbs and before adjectives and adverbs while kein is used to negate nouns. Here it's important to know the gender and case of the noun. Tricky, but it's just a matter of practice. Los geht's!
