Fleks Hybrid Model - with Hélio Costa

Hélio Costa's latest creation is more than just a tool. Indeed, I’d say it is more than just a collection of tools. The Fleks Hybrid Model is a whole approach to doing projects. Its emphasis is on flexibility and it is a true hybrid of predictive and adaptive thinking. Hélio calls it Fleks.
Hélio Costa is a former fighter pilot of the Brazilian Air Force. And he is also a PhD in systems engineering and computer science, with 25 years of experience in Project Management.
Hélio is a teacher, writer, speaker, consultant, who has trained more than 15,000 people in companies and business schools. To help him, he has developed many tools, techniques, and models to help people improve their management processes.
